The 2011-2012 season is divided into three different rate periods:

Peak Season
December 17 thru January 8
Easter Week and weekends (9 nights)

High Season
November 15 thru December 16
January 9 until right before Easter
Right after Easter week until May 15

Summer (Bargain!) Season
May 16 thru November 15

A minimum of 3 nights is required. Dates with ~~a line thru~~ are not available.

Deposits & Refunds

We need 50% of total amount, due one week after booking to hold your reservation
A refundable damages/security deposit of $150 per bungalow and $500 for the house is required; ($600 for the entire villa)
The total balance is due 60 days before arrival.
For bookings less than 60 days to arrival the total amount including damage deposit is needed.

We recommend travel insurance and travelinsured.com and 1TravelInsurance.com have been recommended by other guests; that is your "insurance" against having to cancel due to airplane cancellations, family emergencies, natural disasters, etc. If you have to cancel and we can book any of your cancelled nights, we will refund whatever is collected for those nights minus a 10% processing/administration fee.
