Deposits & Refunds

• We need 50% of total amount to hold your reservation
• A refundable damages/security deposit of $150 per bungalow and $500 for the house is required; ($600 for the entire villa)
• The total balance is due 60 days before arrival.
• For bookings less than 60 days to arrival the total amount including damage deposit is needed.

We recommend travel insurance and travelinsured.com and 1TravelInsurance.com have been recommended by other guests; that is your "insurance" against having to cancel due to airplane cancellations, family emergencies,  natural disasters,  etc.  If you cancel more then 60 days before your arrival date, we will refund amounts paid minus a 5% processing fee. If you cancel less than sixty days (before your arrival date) we will try to re book those dates, and you will receive a refund for any dates that were re-booked minus a 10% processing fee.
